Get ready for a fun and engaging dance experience that strengthens the bond between you and your toddler! Our Parent and Me Dance class is a dynamic, interactive program based on the Whole Child Dance Method™. Designed for children 18 months to 3 years old, this class introduces your little one to 7 exciting dance concepts that will ignite their creativity and physical development.

Baby Ballerinas ages 2-3
Little ones will dance their hearts out in the baby ballerina class. Dancers will learn beginning ballet technique while using their imagination to the max. To make learning even more fun dancers will also use some great themed props in our castle themed room!

Adorable Ballerinas ages 3-4 and 3-5
If your kiddo loves to twirl and leap around the house, Adorable Ballerinas is the class for you. Dancers will learn beginning ballet technique while using some fun props in our castle themed room! This class will be the highlight of their week.

Acro Dance Preschool
A class designed for our little tumblers! Your student will learn the basics of acro in this high energy class!

Tiny Tot Hip Hop ages 3-4
Your little dancer will learn to pop, lock, tut, and turn the part up just like the big kids. This fun, fast paced class. Your dancer will own the dance floor.

Mini’s Programs Ages 4-7
Prince & Princess Ballerinas I & II ages 4-6 & ages 5-7
Each week you can watch your prince or princess tip toe and twirl to their favorite songs in our enchanted castle room! This class was created to build beautiful technique in an exciting way that will keep dancers engaged and excited about learning.

Hip Hoppers I & II ages 4-6 & 5-7

A great class for beginner students or students looking to develop grace and fluidity while learning the basics of ballet technique, including posture and proper alignment, in preparation for the intermediate levels.

A great class for beginner students or students looking to develop their foundation in basic rhythmic footwork patterning. Tap through the challenges of learning different rhythms and foot-eye coordination, geared toward preparing students for the intermediate levels.

A jazz class for students wanting to show off their sassy confidence through learning the basics of jazz technique, preparing them for the intermediate levels.

Hip hop utilizes upbeat music from various genres and results in an energetic class that not only teaches hip hop movement and technique, but also rhythm, precision, and muscle memory while having a blast!

Acro Dance & Pom Pon/Hip Hop

Levels 1-4 Beginner/Intermediate
Levels 1-4 Beginner/Intermediate -- Focuses on using the right muscles for dancers and goes a little bit more in depth to how the body works when performing those skills. Dancers will work on solidifying basic acro skills including, but not limited to: cartwheels, bridge, kickovers, chest stands, & balancing.

Levels 5-9 Prior Experience
Must have Back Walkover. In this class, your gymnast will learn tumbling skills including Walkover variations, back handsprings, aerials, contortion, limbering, & balancing skills.

Pom Pon
Dancers will enjoy learning game day style routines, technique, and the skills needed to be a fierce dancer!

Supplemental Training Programs
Flexibility and Core
Preteen/Teen Flexibility and Core is designed to cultivate physical strength and enhance flexibility to support dancers' overall technique and artistry. Through a series of dynamic stretches and targeted exercises, students will progressively increase their range of motion, and strengthen the muscles of the abdomen, back, and pelvis.
Turns and Leaps Il
Turns and Leaps ll is designed for the intermediate/advanced level dancer to dive deeper into refining their technique. Through a variety of age and skill appropriate sequences, dancers will further develop foundational technique elements for turns and leaps, as well as explore more challenging skills and receive individualized feedback and progression. Prior experience and recommendation is required.
Intermediate Conditioning
Intermediate Conditioning is designed for dancers new to dance conditioning elements looking to create strong foundational cross-training skills to support their technique and overall dance training. Intermediate Conditioning will focus on full body training to enhance physical strength, flexibility, and endurance of dancers through targeted exercises and conditioning techniques.
Pre-Advanced/ Advanced Conditioning
Pre-Advanced/Advanced Conditioning is designed for the intermediate/advanced level dancer seeking supplemental training to enhance and support their overall technique and injury-free dancing.Through an approach targeted for dancers, exercises will strengthen the full body and focus on alignment and control. Dancers are sure to enhance physical strength, flexibility, and endurance through targeted exercises and a variety of conditioning techniques.
